Well, I'm having fun with these demotivational posters.
The same one but this time it is emphasizing that Sgt. Forge is the awesomer than Spartans (but that's just my opinion)

I'm assuming that's Alice, Douglas, and Jerome. Their head positions fit with their thoughts. They do not approve.
